A gentle reminder to slow down.

Even in our own crazy world being “driven” will kill you. I wanted to share an excerpt from the Yoga Journal. I thought my fatigue issue was “burnout,” yet chronic stress caused adrenal fatigue. After working with a holistic doctor, now I take things more in stride, watch my diet and sleep well. Getting off coffee was the hardest (I cheat with black tea, I need some caffeine!). That is why I liked this article’s reminder to check “habitual stress habits” and get help if needed.
